Shipping & Terms

Per Petri Store sends to all of Denmark with Postnord and GLS, and soon we will also be able to send international.

All art prints are rolled in tissue paper and packed and sent in solid cardboard tubes placed in cardboard boxes. This type of wrapping is very suitable for art transport. We recommend that you unpack the art print with great care, as the art print from Per Petri Store i.a. is characterized by high saturation of the color surface, which is susceptible to grease and scratches, or that you bring your art print directly to your framer. For security reasons, we do not yet send framed art prints.

ORDER / PAYMENT
We basically deduct the order amount at the start of production, as you do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal when ordering printed matter as these are custom-made goods. Read if necessary more in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §12, subsection 2.

DEFECTS
The customer is responsible for immediately complaining about a defective or damaged delivery. The customer must provide documentation for defective or damaged delivery i.eg. by photo. In the event of visible transport damage, the receipt will be acknowledged subject to this. If a complaint is not made or the customer complains too late, the customer loses the right to claim the defect. The supplier is entitled to remedy a defect if this can be done within a reasonable time. The customer is not entitled to a price reduction or to refuse to receive what is ordered in the event of minor deviations from the agreed specification.

If a return shipment is required in connection with the above mentioned, the delivery must be sent as a traceable package to our printing house's address:

PRICES & VAT
All prices at Per Petri Store are stated in DKK and subject to 25% Danish VAT, but are excl. shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We make reservations for sold-out and discontinued products as well as our manufacturers' specifications and tolerances on the products.
